We at Love Fasteners use LEAN production to manufacture precision fastener components for the petrochemical, offshore, and oil & gas industries. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CNC Programmer to  join the production team.

Contributing to our LEAN production system, Programmers will be required to: 

• Program, set and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components. 

• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools to ensure the highest quality.  

• Work from drawings.

• Work with Fanuc control systems.

• Help keep the shop floor tidy and safe.

• Take on other duties when needed.

The successful applicants will have:

• 3 years programming experience. 

• Ability to read drawings. 

• A punctual and attentive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and in a team. 
   

It will also be beneficial for applicants to:

• Be willing learn unfamiliar machines.  

• Previous experience within the fastener industry.

• Experience in a low volume/bespoke fastener environment will also be advantageous.

Benefits and Schedule: 

• £12.00 - £16.00 an hour depending on experience.

• Flexible start times

• 40 hours a week.
